Job Description

Feel the difference as a Care Professional with the Home Instead family. With one-hour minimum visits, there is always plenty of time to deliver the high-quality care that our clients need, and to really get to know the person that you are caring for, like you do your own family.

To help our clients remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes, your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing conversation, a friendly face and a companionduring activities in the home and in the local community.
  • Supporting individuals to maintainindependence and dignity with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation and medication support.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe home environment by providing support with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Providing reminders and support to appointments or outings into the local community.
Qualifications

You don't require any specific qualifications or experience to become a domiciliary Care Assistant, you just need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle to allow you to travel from client to client.
