Serene Healthcare Group is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our nurse-led team delivering bespoke, in-home care across Wiltshire and Hampshire. Start date is immediate, with options for full-time or part-time roles.

You’ll help clients maintain independence, provide personal care, and support day-to-day activities with a compassionate, professional approach. We offer paid induction, PPE and uniforms, pension, ongoing training and career progression, and a structured support system to help

Qualifications

• You must be over 18 and have a full driver's license and access to a car
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Be a team player but able to work independently and use initiative
• Be passionate about care and making a difference in people’s lives
• Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training is required

Responsabilités

• Help clients with individual needs and maintain independence
• Provide personal care in clients' homes (bathing, dressing, continence support)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication management
• Light domestic duties and accompanying clients in the community
• Provide companionship and keep care notes after each visit

Job Description

The main role and responsibilities of a healthcare assistant will be

• Helping clients with their individual needs and maintaining independence
• providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care(Bathing/washing/shower /dressing , continence support

• carrying out light domestic duties, s
• Supporting clients with accessing the community.
