Job summary

Good Energy Group is seeking a hands-on Domestic Solar PV Installation Engineer to join the Kent-based team, delivering high-quality PV installations for commercial and residential clients. You’ll work outdoors, at heights, across multiple sites, with a focus on safe, efficient installation and collaboration with the Solar Team - Field Based.

You’ll need a CSCS card (or be willing to train), a full driving license, and be prepared for Enhanced DBS checks as part of our safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in PV Installations or Roofing.
• Confident with working at heights.
• CSCS card (or training towards it).
• Full driver’s license.
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials.
• Perform general labouring duties as required.
• Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively.
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Stay organised and efficient in your work.
• Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Meet the physical demands of the job.
