This full-time role offers a permanent position with day-to-day field work across Kent and the South East, requiring travel between sites and physical fitness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach. CSCS support is offered, and a full driver’s license with transport is essential.

Qualifications

• PV Installations or Roofing experience
• Confident with working at heights
• CSCS card (or willing to train towards it)
• Full driver’s license
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
• Perform general labouring duties as required
• Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Stay organised and efficient in your work
• Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Meet the physical demands of the job
