Job summary

Good Energy Group is seeking an ambitious Domestic Solar PV Electrician to join our field-based Solar Team in Ringwood. You will perform solar installs, EV charging point fittings, and battery storage work on residential properties while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will be the customer-facing lead on site, coordinating with the office and keeping clients informed throughout the process. An 18th Edition qualification, ECS DBS checks, and a full UK driving license are mandatory.

Description

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Electrician to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our installation team, you’ll be responsible for completing a mixture of solar panel installations, EV charging points installations, battery storage as well as general electrical work on residential properties.

With your strong communication skills, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure that all installations meet our high standards for quality and safety. You’ll also be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and they are kept informed throughout the process.

• Experience in the solar PV industry is ideal but not essential – full training will be provided on solar and EV charging installations.

Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond

Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Ringwood area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
