Good Energy Group is seeking an ambitious Electrician to join the Solar Team - Field Based. You will install solar panels, EV charging points, and battery storage on residential properties, while performing general electrical work.

You’ll communicate with customers and coordinate with the office for materials and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role requires 18th Edition, ECS safety qualifications, a DBS check, and a full UK driving license.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Electrician to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our installation team, you’ll be responsible for completing a mixture of solar panel installations, EV charging points installations, battery storage as well as general electrical work on residential properties.

With your strong communication skills, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure that all installations meet our high standards for quality and safety. You’ll also be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and they are kept informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Essentials:

Desirable:

• Experience in the solar PV industry is ideal but not essential – full training will be provided on solar and EV charging installations.

Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Ringwood area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
