Ministry of Defence Housing is seeking an experienced Domestic Plumber to join the accommodation team in the Bristol area, covering SFA and MFH properties across Gloucester, Lyneham and Swindon. You will be responsible for repairs, maintenance and installations with a focus on first-time fixes.
The role requires NVQ Level 2/3, a full UK driving licence and BPSS clearance eligibility, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week and a 1-week-in-three call-out rota including standby payments.

Our client is looking for an experienced Domestic Plumber to join their Accommodation team, carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance and installation work across Ministry of Defence housing in Bristol, Lyneham, Gloucester and Swindon. You'll be working across both Service Family Accommodation (SFA) and Mess Facilities Housing (MFH), helping to keep homes and accommodation safe, functional and well maintained for military families and personnel. You'll join an established team of three experienced plumbers, working alongside the wider maintenance team to deliver a Right First Time service while providing a professional and customer-focused experience to residents.
This is a hands-on domestic plumbing position covering a mixture of occupied and void properties. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and completing planned and preventative maintenance to a high standard.
