Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a skilled domestic plumber to deliver repairs and maintenance across Ministry of Defence housing in the Bristol, Lyneham, Gloucester and Swindon areas. You will join a three-plumber team, carrying out repairs, installations and preventative maintenance in occupied and void properties.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, a full UK driving licence and BPSS clearance. You will work a 40-hour week, with a one-week-in-three on-call rota and standby pay as

Qualifications

• Qualified plumber with domestic repairs and maintenance experience.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations across occupied and void properties.
• Repair leaks, replace sanitary ware and maintain heating and hot water systems.
• Record completed work using electronic job management systems and maintain van stock.
