Job summary

Tech-People is seeking a skilled Domestic Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established maintenance contractor in Watford and surrounding areas. The role offers a permanent position with a planned diary and local domestic work, supported by a company van.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ domestic plumbing experience, Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence. DBS clearance and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience within domestic plumbing/maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Able to pass a DBS check.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Completing bathroom repairs and installation work.
• Replacing and repairing plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Carrying out remedial and maintenance works within occupied properties.
• Working across private residential and estate agency properties.
• Attending properties according to a planned diary.
• Diagnosing issues and completing works efficiently.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to homeowners, tenants and estate agents.
• Taking pride in leaving every job completed to a high standard.
