Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking qualified domestic plumbers for a maintenance role in South Wales, covering domestic occupied properties in Newport and surrounding areas.

This is a self-employed, day-rate position requiring your own van, with training provided for water meters and a strong emphasis on customer service and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience minimum in domestic plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out basic plumbing work including reactive maintenance within a domestic environment.
• Tracing and fixing leaks, tap repair and replacement, toilet repair and replacement.
• Installing water meters to control useage (training provided).
• Providing an excellent level of customer service.
• Adhering to health and safety standards.
