Serco is seeking a Domestic & Housekeeping Supervisor at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, to lead housekeeping teams and ensure clean, safe healthcare environments. The role focuses on delivering high service standards, coordinating resources, and maintaining hygiene and safety across departments.
You will supervise, train, and support staff, manage stock and payroll processes when needed, and build strong relationships with patients and NHS teams.

Salary: Agenda for Change Band 3: £29,103 to £31,409
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time 36 hours per week working 5 over 7 days (on a rota) with shift times 12.45pm to 8pm or 1.45pm to 9pm
As a Domestic & Housekeeping Supervisor in our Health team, you'll lead domestic and housekeeping colleagues to deliver high-quality services that help create a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment. Your leadership will directly support patients, visitors, NHS teams, and the wider community every day. You'll coordinate resources, support colleagues, drive service excellence, and help ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are consistently achieved. Through your leadership, you'll make a positive impact on communities while helping us impact a better future.
This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme, which involves a detailed check of spent and unspent convictions and other relevant information to ensure safeguarding compliance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can provide any necessary support to help you carry out your responsibilities.
