Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a qualified electrician with experience of domestic heating and hot water systems to join our team. You will attend properties, perform EICR assessments and install wiring for new heating systems across the region, while maintaining excellent customer care for clients and tenants.

Role includes communicating progress, completing paperwork, and adhering to safety, COSHH, and risk assessment protocols.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with experience of domestic heating and hot water systems is required.
• Experience with EICR, periodic testing and wiring installations across properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICR after assessing electrical installation within properties.
• Perform periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems across domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintain high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Communicate updates and progress, and complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements, COSHH, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Assist with stock ordering and auditing to ensure required parts are available.
