Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Domestic Heating Breakdown Engineer to service Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will attend domestic properties to diagnose boiler breakdowns, perform fault finding, servicing and emergency heating and plumbing repairs.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, extensive boiler knowledge, and genuine commitment to customer service. A weekend rota is included, with a company van, fuel card and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' boiler breakdown and repair experience.
• Strong domestic heating and plumbing knowledge.
• Experience across a range of boiler manufacturers.
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• CKR1
• HTR1
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing, City & Guilds or substantial relevant experience
• G3 Unvented Hot Water would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
