The Vacancy

Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join the team based in Wick, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers, and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients' individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience advising and leading FM contracts and projects across various sectors. Our team is based throughout the UK, ensuring support is always nearby.

Responsibilities

• Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
• Install or replace gas appliances and heat emitters.
• Install gas pipework, including testing for tightness and strength.
• Replace heating controls and components as per manufacturer instructions.
• Perform Combustion Performance Analysis on gas appliances as required.

Qualifications And Experience

• Domestic ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1.
• OFTEC and BPEC registration (if applicable).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Experience with Unvented Hot Water systems.
