Job summary

Richard Irvin, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join our Wick team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will perform maintenance visits, install or replace gas appliances, test pipework, renew heating controls, and conduct combustion performance analyses in line with safety standards.

The successful candidate will hold Domestic ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1), OFTEC/BPEC where required, have awareness of health and safety regulations,

Qualifications

  • Domestic ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
  • OFTEC and BPEC registration (where required)
  • Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations
  • Full clean and current driving licence
  • Unvented Hot water

Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join the team based in Wick, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
  • Carry out the installation / replacement of new or existing gas appliances and heat emitters.
  • Installation of gas pipework including appropriate tightness / strength testing as required.
  • Replacement of heating controls and components as per manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Carry out Combustion Performance Analysis to gas appliances as required.
