Job summary

MarkMay is seeking a Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to service and repair boilers in the TN7 area on a high-volume contract. You will work with a growing team on domestic properties, ensuring safe, compliant service and breakdown responses.

Applicants must hold CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 and have at least five years of domestic gas experience. A DBS check and valid driving license are required; a company van and pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications: CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 are essential.
• Minimum 5 years experience in domestic gas service and breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and breakdown work within domestic properties, issuing LGSRs.
• Diagnose and repair boiler systems to a high standard, in line with safety regulations (Reg 26.9).
• Work proactively and support the team.

Location: Covering TN7 and a 8 mile radius

Salary: up to£44k basic (depending on experience) + bonus schemes

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
