Axis CLC is seeking a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our Preston team. You will service, repair and install domestic gas appliances, boilers and heating systems across occupied and void properties, upholding Gas Safe regulations and safety standards.

You must hold CCN1, CENWAT and CKR1 with HTR1/G3 desirable; a full UK driving licence and clearances. We offer a competitive salary up to £40,456 plus bonus, a company van, pension, holidays and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Domestic Gas Engineer with ACS qualifications such as CCN1, CENWAT and CKR1.
• Experience in servicing, repairs and installations of domestic gas systems.
• Strong fault-finding and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsabilités

• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance of domestic gas appliances and heating systems.
• Complete plumbing repairs and installations in occupied or void properties.
• Diagnose faults and deliver high-quality first-time fixes where possible.
• Undertake gas safety inspections and ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with clients.
