Job summary

Gas Weiss Plumbing and Heating Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team. You will perform repairs and maintenance on domestic heating systems across the London area, fault finding, and servicing in compliance with current regulations.

The role offers £35,000–£45,000 per year with uncapped earnings, plus a company van and fuel card. A full driving licence and ACS qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications - CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1.
• Full driving license.
• Experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide repairs and maintenance to domestic heating installations and appliances.
• Analyse, fault-find and carry out repairs to a high standard in compliance with current regulations.
• Join a heating maintenance team and support service delivery to client properties.

What will you be doing?

As part of a heating maintenance team, our Domestic Gas Engineers are expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties.

The successful Domestic Gas Engineer will be able to analyse, fault find and carry out repairs and services in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation/legislation.

What do you need?

• ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1
• Previous experience in diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.
• Full driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Previous experience in diagnosing faults on commercial gas appliances and heating systems and electrical systems (not required)
