Job Description

My client is seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer to cover Wiltshire and Hampshire areas. As a vital member of our service and maintenance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and functionality of gas systems within our clients' properties. Responsibilities

• Maintain job timelines and standards by working efficiently and safely, delivering high-quality finishes.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and their customers, respecting all individuals and meeting challenges professionally.
• Perform all work in accordance with company procedures, industry standards, Gas Safe regulations, and best practices.
• Order parts and manage your own jobs to ensure quick resolution of client issues or faults.
• Book out parts on PDA and update job statuses via handheld device and back-office systems upon completion.

Skills and Qualifications

• CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 certifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas
• C&G Energy Efficiency qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Punctual, professional, flexible, with working knowledge of Mobile PDA
• Strong fault-finding skills

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field
• Experience working within the Social Housing or Housing Associations market on gas installation and maintenance projects
• Experience working directly with residents and clients
• A clean UK driving license and DBS check are required
