Job description

Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineers

Our client, a social housing provider, is seeking 2 domestic Gas Engineers to join their established team on a 2-3 month subcontract basis covering Wiltshire.

Role Overview

The role involves delivering high-quality gas servicing and responsive repairs in accordance with current Gas Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Servicing and repairing all gas installations within domestic properties, including fires, heating, hot water systems, and cookers.
2. Performing some associated plumbing work.
3. Working independently and as part of a team to meet targets.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

• Experience in gas servicing and repairs on modern gas condensing boilers.
• ACS accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 (CENWAT), CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, UVHW.
• Experience with oil boiler servicing and repairs (domestic and commercial) and/or commercial gas boiler servicing and repairs.
• Previous experience working on domestic properties within the social housing sector.
• Own van, tools, calibrated gas analyser, and valid company insurances.
