• Perform routine servicing and safety inspections of gas appliances.
• Conduct landlord gas safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Job description

• Install domestic gas systems and appliances including boilers, cookers, fires, and central heating systems in line with manufacturer specifications and gas safety regulations.
• Perform routine servicing and safety inspections of gas appliances to ensure optimal operation and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct landlord gas safety inspections (CP12 certificates) and ensure all gas appliances meet safety and efficiency requirements.
• Work in compliance with all health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
