FM Search & Select Ltd are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team, delivering maintenance services across domestic properties in Inverness and the North of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused engineer to become part of a well-established team with a strong pipeline of work across a range of housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on gas appliances in domestic properties
2. Respond to reactive callouts, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
3. Complete diagnostic work and repairs to boilers, heating systems, and other domestic gas appliances
4. Ensure all work is carried out in line with current gas safety regulations and company procedures
5. Maintain clear records of all work undertaken, materials used, and any follow-up actions required
6. Communicate effectively with tenants, homeowners, and office staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
7. Work independently across a wide geographic area with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
