Qualifikationen

• Qualified electrician with experience in domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing.
• Strong technical knowledge of domestic electrical systems.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship.

Aufgaben

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, testing and maintenance within domestic properties.
• Undertake planned and reactive electrical works to a high standard.
• Complete site-specific risk assessments and follow health and safety procedures.
• Inspect, diagnose and rectify electrical faults and non-compliant installations.
• Replace and repair sockets, switches, lighting and fittings.
• Complete routine servicing and testing of electrical systems.
• Interpret work orders accurately and maintain records of completed works.
