Job summary

Mark May is seeking an experienced Domestic Testing & Remedial Electrician to cover Essex and East London. The role offers a £40,000 DOE base with a company van and fuel card, and a realistic OTE of £60k, with a 40-hour week Mon-Fri and overtime opportunities across social housing and Local Authority contracts.

You'll perform EICRs, testing, inspection and remedial works across domestic properties, diagnose faults, and ensure compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC standards.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Proven testing and remedial experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Social Housing or Local Authority experience preferred
