Responsibilities include:

• Promoting the Company Mission Statement at all times.
• Ensuring the Home’s furniture, furnishings, and fittings are sufficiently clean.
• Cleaning all surfaces of floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Cleaning carpets when necessary.
• Emptying wastebaskets and yellow/black bins daily, ensuring waste is disposed of safely in line with requirements.
• Cleaning all internal windows monthly.
• Thoroughly cleaning all bedrooms once a week on a rota basis. Ensuring that communal areas are cleaned daily.
• Cleaning all sinks, en-suites, bathrooms, and toilets daily.
• Storing chemicals in line with COSHH requirements.
• Re-stocking paper products and dispensers.

Person Specification:

Professional

• Understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008

Experience

• Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels
• Genuine interest in working in a social care environment.
