Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Domestic Assistant at Chaucer House in Canterbury. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms and communal areas with a focus on hygiene and infection control.

You will follow schedules, replenish supplies, and report issues while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff. The position is on-site in a care setting, offering competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to contribute to high care standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or domestic experience desirable
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards (or willingness to learn)
