Avante Care & Support Ltd is recruiting a Domestic Assistant for Bridge Haven in Canterbury. You will help maintain clean rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, follow hygiene and infection control standards, and support residents and staff with a welcoming, safe environment.

The role is part-time, 30 hours per week, with pay between £12.75 and £12.95 per hour. You will be joining a caring team that values reliability, punctuality and a respectful approach in a residential care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or domestic experience (desirable).
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards (or willingness to learn).
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
• A caring and respectful approach when working in a home environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
