We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to join the team at Sycamore Lodge, a facility known for high standards of care. You will be part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, using modern care technology to enhance your time with them.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within our nursing, dementia, and residential care teams, providing high-quality service to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in designated areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Working independently without direct supervision
• Using various cleaning products, including COSHH regulated substances
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained within the home
