Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team at Sycamore Lodge. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents, delivering high standards of care using the latest care technology.

This role offers the chance to work within our nursing, dementia, and residential home settings as part of our busy domestic team. You will make a positive impact on residents by providing excellent service in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying attention to COSHH regulations
• Maintain high hygiene standards within the home
