A new opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant to join the Medirest family. We are looking for dedicated team members to deliver outstanding cleaning services for patients, visitors, and staff of the hospital.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in infection control, helping to keep the hospital operational. Your work ensures the hospital can continue providing life-changing medical services. This isn't just any cleaning job; it's a role that makes a real difference.

• High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces.
• Cleaning wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected, and public areas.
• Maintaining rubbish bins and removing waste when full.
• Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors by following policies and procedures.
• Using equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates are passionate about patient care and can communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. You should be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the hospital.

No prior experience as a Domestic Assistant is necessary. We value pride in your work, a willingness to learn, and going the extra mile for our patients.
