Job Title: Domestic Assistant

Salary: £14,327.03 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours: 22 hours per week

Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, OX3 9DU

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Assistant for our healthcare division to provide routine planned and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. You will ensure high standards of service delivery and adhere to all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.

You should be committed to maintaining the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to improve. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement are essential. All activities must comply with Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

The role requires working independently when appropriate, reliability, professionalism, and teamwork. While cleaning experience is preferred, training can be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie is desirable.
