Balhousie Care Group in Methil, Scotland, is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care home, ensuring residents enjoy a tidy, welcoming environment.

No prior cleaning experience required; full training provided. You will work as part of a supportive team, with PVG checks and references completed, and flexible scheduling with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but full training provided.
• PVG check and work authorisation in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene around the home.
• Support residents to live in a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.

About the Role:

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene around the home. You will carry out various housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure our residents enjoys a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment. Your work will help make the home a great place to live for our residents.

About You:

You will need to have great attention to detail, high standards, and be motivated to work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional housekeeping service. Ideally, you will have previous cleaning experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. Just as importantly, you should be reliable and committed to making a positive difference for our residents.

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
