Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in a compassionate, person-centred environment. You will help with daily living activities, respond to needs, and contribute to a warm, dignified atmosphere where each resident feels valued.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, caring and compassionate by nature with good reading, writing and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Provide person-centred care, helping residents retain dignity and individuality.
• Assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
