Mitie is seeking a Domestic Assistant for Russell's Hall Hospital in Dudley, West Midlands. This part-time role is 12 hours per week, weekend shifts (Sat-Sun), with a salary of £7,952.88 per annum.

You will deliver routine and periodic cleaning ensuring high standards and compliance with service level agreements. You will work with the healthcare division, build positive relationships with customers, follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies, and be reliable,

• Experience in cleaning; training can be provided.

You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet allSLAagreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further. You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You must always adhere to allMitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

You will be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. You will be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. You must have ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and must strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

The ideal candidate would have a cleaning experience however training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used byMitie.
