Job summary

Healthcare Homes Bilney Hall in Dereham is seeking a Domestic Assistant to help keep resident and communal areas clean, supporting a compassionate care team.

You will work Sundays, 5.5 hours, with shifts 8am-1pm/2pm or 9am-2pm/3pm; a thorough induction and ongoing training are provided, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for development.

• Good attention to detail.
• Kind, compassionate and committed.
• Experience in housekeeping is desirable but not required.

• Ensuring residents' rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy.

£12.71 per hour

5.5 hours per week every Sunday

Bilney Hall is situated in the picturesque village of East Bilney and is surrounded by six acres of secluded land. The gardens are very special and feature ancient vines, Spanish apple trees, honey bee hives and more. The home enjoys celebrating its history and within the home is a board telling you all about the building.

What would a typical day look like?

• Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy
• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions
• Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
