Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper for Aldringham Court, a welcoming care home with 41 bedrooms. This is 30 hours per week on a rota including alternate weekends, with 6-hour shifts.

You will lead the housekeeping team, maintain clean, tidy resident spaces, and support admissions and viewings. We provide induction, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for maintaining clean and safe resident spaces.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the domestic team to high standards.
• Experience in cleaning and housekeeping within a care environment is preferred.

Aldringham Court offers 41 bedrooms over two floors can be personalised to create a true home-from-home experience. Our residents can enjoy moments of tranquillity in our beautiful conservatory, share meals in the dining room, or find solace in a quiet reading room overlooking the woodland setting.

What would a typical day look like?

• Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy


• Supervising the domestic team and ensure they are working to a high standard


• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions


• Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
