Job summary

Engineering Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Domestic Air Conditioning Engineer to install, service and fault‑find on split and multi‑split systems in private properties and light commercial premises.

The role requires at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience, an F‑Gas certificate, careful fault detection, strong customer communication, and a clean UK driving licence; a 4‑day week option is available and a fully stocked company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in air conditioning.
• F‑Gas certification essential.
• Experience on split and multi‑split systems essential.
• Electrical knowledge or relevant electrical qualifications advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic, fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install domestic and light commercial air conditioning systems, including split and multi‑split systems.
• Carry out service, maintenance and fault‑finding on domestic AC systems.
• Complete system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
• Commission and test new installations.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective technical solutions.
• Deliver a professional, customer‑focused service in private domestic and light commercial properties.
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the office team.
