Qualifications

  • Experience in a rehoming centre environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the rehoming journey with excellent customer service and match dogs to adopters.
  • Maintain oversight of dog status across kennels, Foster and Home Stay.
  • Promote dogs ready for adoption with engaging online profiles and photos.
  • Assist visitors during opening hours and complete adoption paperwork.
  • Coordinate with Behaviour and Welfare teams for dogs with specific needs.
