Stylist or Assistant Stylist – Lincoln

Salary: Stylist (Dog Groomer) £11.84 per hour / Assistant Stylist (Trainee Dog Groomer) £11.44 per hour

We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, including Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

Roles:

Our Stylists and Assistant Stylists are vital to our Pets Grooming salons’ success.

Stylist: You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, delivering high-standard, thorough grooming, and exceeding customer expectations through excellent service and communication.

Assistant Stylist: You will provide high-quality pet care, with foundational training in grooming techniques, equipment handling, and pre-grooming prep. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to reflect our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible to work shifts across 6 days a week, with a minimum of 39 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting (personal grooming doesn’t qualify).
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
