Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Document Scanning Shift Supervisor in Corby to lead the 6am–2pm shift and oversee the mailroom operation. You will supervise the day-to-day work of an assigned team, ensure service quality, and maintain accurate records, while upholding safety and company policies.

You will manage performance, drive improvements, and ensure effective communication of goals and strategies to boost overall service levels and data integrity.

• Experience implementing new ideas and procedures in an engaging manner.
• Experience managing conduct, attendance and performance.

• Experience in document handling and scanning; mailroom knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to complete enhanced government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities including people management and performance.

• Ensure prompt, accurate completion of service requests.
• Complete daily/weekly team site reports and logs.
• Maintain records related to receiving and releasing customer records.
• Ensure workflow procedures are followed by team members.
• Research and resolve service issues with appropriate solutions.
• Communicate goals and strategies clearly to drive business performance.
• Accurately process financial and employee data.
• Investigate and resolve questionable data or reporting.
