Rullion are looking to recruit for one of our global leading Energy Clients for the following Role:

Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK NE6 2YL

Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months Initially > Ongoing.

Rate: £12.50+ per hour.

Full time hours: 37 hours.

Hybrid Working. (Core hours 8.00am-4.30 Monday to Thursday - Friday 8-1pm)

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide Project Support (including clerical and administrative) to project teams.
  2. To provide necessary support in co-ordinating snagging activities to close out projects/As Built Stage.
  3. Support the Project Engineers (where required) by ordering control & protection materials, expediting suppliers, tracking costs and maintaining procurement lists.
  4. Establish and maintain project support systems, e.g filing for paper and electronic documents, including databases and spreadsheets.
  5. Logistical support including chasing suppliers and arranging deliveries, travel, accommodation and hire car bookings.
  6. Arranging meetings & taking minutes, preparing & typing reports, and co-ordinating the preparation/creation of other project documentation.
  7. General office support to the team and liaison with other relevant departments (including post/courier arrangements and stationery & PPE control/ordering).
  8. General support to other project areas during times of heavy workload, tight timescales, holidays and sick leave absences.
  9. Liaison with Project Engineers and manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of control and protection solution deliverables.
  10. Liaison with the PM/PE/SHEQ & Site Managers to assist with monthly statistics where required.
  11. Co-ordinate & Review meetings for the Team and provide Direct Support to various project meetings or reporting (arrangements, data collection, minutes and expediting actions).
  12. The candidate may also be required at times to work some overtime at short notice to meet project deadlines.
  13. Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company Policies, for example Business Conduct Guidelines & Confidential Information.
