NG Bailey is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join our project delivery team on major engineering and construction projects. You will manage document management systems and ensure accurate control and distribution of documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Working with clients, contractors and supply chain partners, you will track drawings, RFIs and submissions, produce regular reports and maintain information security and compliance standards across the programme.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join our project delivery team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring project documentation is accurately controlled, managed and distributed throughout the lifecycle of major engineering and construction projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining document management systems, coordinating the flow of technical information, and ensuring all project documentation is processed in line with project, client and company requirements. Working closely with project teams, clients, contractors and supply chain partners, you'll help ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
