Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience

About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Site Support / Document Controller to join our clients growing team who specialise in refurbishment and fit out projects. This is a role that blends site administration, document control, client-facing support, and account coordination. You'll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly, supporting both the site team and office operations.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working on active construction sites, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and maintaining document control systems across multiple projects

Supporting site teams with general administration and coordination tasks

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and project managers

Assisting with cost tracking, invoicing support, and account queries

Ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible

Helping to maintain compliance with project and company standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a construction admin or document control role

Confident communicator, able to engage with clients and internal teams

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working on site and in a hybrid environment

Proficient with document control systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
