About the Legal Document Automation Manager role:

• You will join a team focused on firm-wide cutting-edge innovation within the Legal Tech space, showcasing your expertise in Legal Document Automation to drive pioneering change.
• This role is ideal for someone curious about innovation in legal tech, responsible for the overall Document Automation strategy. You will explore and recommend new ways to optimize Document Automation using technology, such as platform integrations and holistic solutions.
• The firm is embracing GenAI, providing opportunities to participate in projects related to its impact on Legal Document Automation, including presenting on what GenAI means for the field and making strategic recommendations.
• Beyond internal projects, you will manage external relationships with third-party Document Automation software and service providers.
• You will oversee a Document Automation developer, requiring leadership experience or interest. The role involves hands-on development, such as creating templates and managing change requests.

Skills required for the Legal Document Automation Manager position:

• Expertise in developing Legal Document Automation products (e.g., HotDocs, Contract Express, or similar).
• A passion for legal tech innovation, particularly in Document Automation processes.
• Experience with IT innovation projects in Legal Tech within a professional services environment.

This role offers a remote working arrangement, with an expectation to be in London once a month for stakeholder engagement, team meetings, and direct supervision of the Document Automation Developer.
