A Legal Document Automation Manager opportunity has arisen with a London-based Law Firm to join their team working on Legal Tech innovation.

About the Legal Document Automation Manager role:

• You will join a team focused on firm-wide cutting-edge innovation within the Legal Tech space, showcasing your expertise in Legal Document Automation to drive pioneering change.
• This role is ideal for someone curious about innovation in legal tech, responsible for the overall Document Automation strategy. You will explore and recommend new ways to optimize Document Automation using technology, such as integrating new platforms or building holistic solutions.
• The firm is embracing GenAI, and you will have opportunities to participate in projects related to its impact on Legal Document Automation, including presenting insights and making recommendations.
• Beyond internal projects, you will manage external relationships with Document Automation third-party software and service providers.
• You will oversee a Document Automation developer, so leadership experience or interest is required. The role involves hands-on development, including creating templates and managing change requests.

Skills required for the Legal Document Automation Manager role:

• Expertise in developing Legal Document Automation products (e.g., HotDocs, Contract Express, or similar).
• A passion for legal tech innovation, especially in Document Automation processes.
• Experience in IT innovation projects within Legal Tech in a professional services environment.

This global role offers remote working, with an expectation to visit London once a month for stakeholder engagement, team meetings, and direct supervision of the Document Automation Developer.
