This role covers both our Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers Specsavers. We are looking for a real team player who can keep things running smoothly on the shop floor, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

We have a wonderful team of clinicians, retail staff, and apprentices ready to work with you. We are also looking for someone who may want to become a store partner in the future.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and a strong understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys. Excellent listening and communication skills, a passion for top-notch customer service, and being a great team player are essential.
