Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and develop tailored programming plans for gym members. You will guide clients in the gym and support them to achieve their health goals.

The role offers a three-day induction, ongoing CDP courses, and a flexible schedule with opportunities to grow your client base within Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group.

About the Role

The role delivers high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guides members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role is supported by a three-day PT induction to help grow the client base, with continued professional development through CDP courses. Team members act as ambassadors for the business and contribute to an inclusive environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.

• Grow and maintain a client base, with support from a three-day PT induction.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification is required to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, and £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
