CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Quantity Surveyor to join the Global Workplace Solutions team in London. This role focuses on cost management across real estate projects, including budgeting, funding approvals, and bid/estimating support.

You will lead cost planning, sourcing, and reporting, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure financial viability and compliance with CBRE policies.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related Construction subject
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent numeracy skills with advanced MS Excel and MS Word, plus ability to use specialist commercial software
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and proactive teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Manages all facets of cost management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects
• Lead administration of funding documents for projects (POs, funding requests)
• Ensure project team compliance with CBRE funding policies and processes
• Develop budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and planning
• Create and manage cost plans and detailed cost reports
• Coordinate with project team to align cost plans with master schedules
• Lead cost benchmarking, change order reconciliation, and risk mitigation discussions
• Support procurement strategy and third-party interfaces
• Provide life cycle costing for sustainability initiatives when applicable
• Maintain client-facing cost reports and recommendations
