Job summary

Rec 2 Rec Search in Leeds is seeking a Divisional Manager to build and scale a recruitment division. The role is hybrid with full flexibility, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK. The position offers a salary band of £55,000–£85,000 plus commission and an overall package around £80,000.

You will lead the division from inception, drive strategic business development, develop senior client relationships, and coach consultants to high performance while owning the P&L and growth strategy.

• Strong client relationship development and business development skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor consultants for high performance.
