Leadership of a multidisciplinary engineering/infrastructure business or major programme
Delivery of sustainable growth, profitability and capability at scale

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a compelling long-term vision for HCI aligned with Transport and Group strategy
Develop growth plans to create a diversified pipeline and sustainable profitability
Champion technical excellence, digital delivery and AI-enabled productivity
Lead client, contractor and stakeholder relationships to strengthen HCI in priority markets
Create an inclusive, high-performing culture and ensure effective governance and risk management
